FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are flat rate priced not hourly. There is good and bad with both of those systems. I decided to go flats rate so the customer is going to know the price up front no mate how long it takes. Whats to stop a contractor who charges hourly from working slow to get more mom eyes from you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Have to go to a glass for a day once a year. This is required by the health department of Illinois.

After college was hired by a huge plumbing service company as a technician. 3 years later I became a manager with the same company. There I Learned things to do and things not to do if I owned my company. While I was a manager I still kept up with my plumbing and earned my plumbers license. In 2011 I decided to start my own company and the rest is history!
