Introduction: Hello! My name is Sebastian I started in the building/ remodeling business during high school(1997) from clean up guy to sub to owner operator. My main goal is to build relationships with my customers and provide great work at fair prices. We may not always be the cheapest, definitely the least expensive in the long run :) We don’t do a job just to get it done and collect. All installs are done with thought and logic. We always look for ways to save our customers money and still give them what they want! Communication on any project small or large is always key!! How did you get started doing this type of work?
Dating back to the Mayans we developed a tunnel roof... LOL! 1997 went to FL with a Crew from here, was a helper, learned how to keep job sites clean of course lol - very important btw! Also learned to; Bend coil, cut framing lumber, Flat Roofs, vinyl siding, painting and people management on big multi family dwellings in this situation a 22 building apartment complex...Interior remodeling knowledge came naturally once I learned the main structure of a home.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
EPDM Roof coating against all odds of my uninformed colleagues that EPDM cannot be coated- saved the customer more than 50% compared to if we were to replace it! Extended the life of the EPDM by 10+yrs! Winner in my book! :-)
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get all estimates for ALL exact items from ALL contractors and make sure the products they are offering are comparable in class, quality and price!!! So you can compare much easier... Most important- DONT BE AFRAID TO ASK ANY AND ALL QUESTION THAT COME TO MIND. No uncertainty is better! I really feel for property/ home owners to try and decide who to go with... I’m the same with car mechanics lol
