The team of workers did a wonderful job of removing the old floor and installing the new tiles. When I could not drive to pick up needed items, they did so for me. When the concrete floor was so very uneven, they spent the extra hours straightening it. And when they needed to show up an extra day, they did not increase the labor costs. They explained what they wanted to accomplish and reviewed their progress each day. Very, very satisfied.

You guys were so helpful, and understanding in adjusting the time to come due to our situation that day. I love my tile and the communication throughout the process. Completed the project in one day and it looks great! They cleaned up afterwards and even left a little gift, which was an added touch! Will use again for future projects.

A True Gem Among Contractors – Ramis and Rasul Saved Our Shower (and Our Sanity) After purchasing a home in Lakeview and investing months into aesthetic upgrades, we moved in with our two small children — only to discover two days later that our master shower was leaking into the floor below. The issue had clearly been long-standing, concealed by the previous owners and somehow missed during inspection. I reached out to over 20 contractors, plumbers, and handymen. Everyone had a different theory — but no real solution. Most told me the only fix was a full shower rebuild. That is, until I found Ramis. Ramis is by far the most honest, hardworking contractor I've encountered. He performed extensive testing throughout the shower and finally pinpointed the leak to a crack in the drain, not the shower pan as others had assumed. He proposed a much simpler and more affordable fix: rebuild the plumbing from underneath — if accessible. He brought in his plumber Rasul, who is an absolute beast. These two worked tirelessly and discovered the drain had been improperly installed using long screws (likely causing the crack), then sloppily patched with glue. Cutting it out wasn’t an option without damaging surrounding tile. But instead of giving up or upselling a full redo, they carefully chiseled out just the surrounding tile to access the drain, preserving the rest of the shower. They replaced the plumbing, installed new waterproof membrane from above and below, and retiled around the drain with a nearly imperceptible slope. They also resealed the steam system, glass walls, and every tile/grout line with potential gaps. As a bonus, while they were on-site, they also fixed a leaky toilet, a broken garbage disposal, and a clogged patio drain — all for minimal additional cost. And get this — they did it all in just over one day. No BS. No hidden costs. Ramis was upfront about every option and price. They were polite, punctual, and most importantly — they solved the problem when no one else could. If you need a contractor or plumber who actually delivers, call Ramis and Rasul.

Ramis and his team did an amazing job. The craftsmanship is impeccable. Their attention to detail, things that I didn’t even think about, made the project turn out perfect. For the quality of work, they quoted me very reasonably. They were very kind and accommodating, and went above and beyond to make this project a hassle free experience for me, including picking up my tile that was only in stock at a far away store, moving my couch and putting back my couch after I rolled out my new rug.
