- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Commonly the seller pays the listing and selling brokerage. I come for the listing presentation - check the interior and exterior of the property - pull out the best comparables for the subject property and give my client the realistic listing price that the property should sell for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do take extra classes and certifications to keep myself fully updated with my business changing constantly. I also attend seminars to keep up with the changing business so I can serve better to my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love working with people and helping people. After I got my real estate license and start working with customers I fell in love with my job and really enjoy what I am doing.
