Going out to eat is the best way to get new ideas & stay current on trends, this "research" is one of the best part of being a caterer!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in restaurants as a teenager. I loved the quick pace & the fact that no day was the same. In this business, no day is ever the same & doesn't feel like work because I enjoy it so much.
