Ash and is son (apprentice) were fantastic to work with. My job was on the small side and while most contractors would not waste the time, Ash was more than willing to help. Ash reached out to me within minutes of my request and was very transparent about cost,timing, and expectation’s! If you have a big siding or roof job or something as small as hanging a piece of siding up, Ash and Royal Restorations is your crew!

Royalty restorations helped me submit my insurance claim from start to finish. It was a very painless process, they worked with the adjuster, and kept me up to date on the progress. I received a beautiful roof and gutters that look amazing. Thank you!

Met Ash Warren, Royality Restoration at a roofing supply warehouse where he helped me with basic gutter questions. Kept his business card knowing that we might have some roofing and gutter issues. As a board member of an association, I was notified that couple of our residents were suddenly faced with water leaking into their basement and another had siding blown off and loose. Our Regular roofing guy did not show up to assess and fix issues at least twice. Desperate for immediate attention, I called Ash Warren’s Royality Restoration and he personally came and accessed and had the issues corrected within a few days. They responded again to siding and roofing issues when needed. Since, then we have had (4) 5 unit townhome building totally roofed in 2021 Royality Restoration “Professionally” handled all the insurance issues so as to obtain the best outcome for the Association. In 2022 Royality Restoration removed and installed architectural shingles on (4) single family homes while negotiating excellent results with each owners insurance company. G man

My pricing is within the local market. It is competitive, but we are always looking to find a way to beat the competitors bid. We are flexible

Introduction first. Then I always like to inspect and assess the situation and offer my clients the best possible outcome.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been in the business since 2007. Worked with most of the best distributors in Illinois along with all major insurance companies and there adjusters to evaluate damages to meet the particular insurance companies standards to guarantee coverage.
