- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the level of strategy and scope involved. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing, every project is scoped to match what you actually need (not oversold, not underbuilt). I’ll always walk you through options so you can choose the right level of investment for where your business is right now.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by understanding your business before designing anything. We’ll talk through your goals, audience, and what’s working (or not working) today. From there, I develop initial directions based on strategy, not just aesthetics. Once we land on a direction, we refine it together and build out a final set of assets you can actually use, so you’re not left wondering “what do I do with this now?”
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in marketing, brand strategy and creative direction, with experience across agencies, in-house teams and consulting environments. I’ve spent years working in complex industries like data, AI, financial services, and healthcare, where clarity and trust really matter. That experience shapes how I approach every project: not just making things look good, but making sure they make sense and perform.
