- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Always subject to negotiation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. To give immediate responses including multiple sketches (however many are needed so the client gets exactly what they want). All are included in a mutually satisfactory down payment. 2. Constant email of jpegs showing progress of project. 3. Final payment is asked for only when project is complete and before shipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
