Introduction: We offer fitness, weight loss, self defense, and fun. At T.A.S.K. we offer many fitness and self defense options. We offer one-on-one personal training with a focus on each individual's needs for fitness or weight loss. We offer Karate classes for any one from 3 years old and up. We have Tai Chi classes for the individual interested in a more gentle slow work out. Our weight-loss kickboxing is just the opposite, and is geared toward the high intesity, full sweat enthusiast.
