- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard price for installations but rather a project minimum. This is calculated by an industry standard in pricing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm an artistic person. I enjoy everything artistic. When I first saw a stone called travertine installed onto a concrete floor I fthought it looked amazing. Oh how it transformed the entire home! I never seen anything look so elegant and unique, because each stone had movement in it that wasn't duplicated on any of the other tiles. Like fingerprints, no two fingerprints are alike. It was then that I knew, I wanted to learn everything possible about installing tile.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Generally, the typical customer is a homeowner that wants to remodel a bathroom or update the look of an area of their home. I find that the quality of my work is more appreciated than by builders and general contractors who only need work done at the "best price".
