we have never needed to hire an outside contractor .....we will be very very careful if we need other work done. We wanted our interior of house painted...minus 2 rooms we did not want painted..So we had living room....kitchen ..master bedroom and master bath....front bath...laundry room and 1other bedroom painted...my husband called migual about somethings were needing paint that they missed or was sloppy ...migual assured us things would be covered. NOT!! I have been trying to get paint splatters on my hardwood floor ...on furniture...cabinets..vanities...tubs...missed several areas that they missed..I am still trying to get spots off furniture...kitchen patio blinds were threw over my china cainet which caused broken slats..not happy...some areas were just ok...where they did area close to ceiling first and then painted walls but u can see where wall paint and area 1st paint went on and dried different colors. I did not know trim was extra and chged 1/2of wall paint...needless to see we will have to have some proffisionals come to redo several things..I guess I will have to crawl around and try to get paint off wood floor....my husband has a fault that everyone ..he trusts...to top it out he paid thousands in cash we saved for this project...my hubby called migual to tell him about the misses etc. and miguel assured him he would come back the next day and take care of problems...no call and we have heard or seen him for 3weeks...be careful...he sales himself well....we all live and learn..we own a glass company that is going into 4th generaton...never ever would we treat our customers in such away...I have found out we OVERPAID...ALOT..OT SURE WHAT OUR NEXT STEP WE WILL TAKE...
