What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to each client being different I always want to discuss their needs for properties and then we decide whether they'd like to do hourly, monthly retainer or commission
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get on a call with each inquiry then send over an agreement based on our discussion! We then can meet either in person and/or virtual to get started!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in real estate 10+ years My father began his journey in the real estate field and allowed me to follow behind. At this time, I have a Masters Degree in Business and I am currently in Real Estate School but this does not limit me to be a property manager.
