FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't think my pricing system is complicated. It varies, depending on the job. How long it's going to take, how many services you'll need (cut, color, style, makeup), how many days you'll need those services, ect. We will talk about your price range and I usually just try to work with it! Also, the consultation in advance is free!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am part of many social groups and blogs that are up to date on every trend! I constantly watch youtube videos, I study pinterest and I ask around. Staying on trend is part of my job and since I'm 19 it's really not that hard!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The main advice I have for a client looking for someone in the same trade as me is, do your research. Talk, get to know the person you are looking to hire. Notice if they make conversation, ask you what you're looking for in depth, give you ideas, guide you and make sure they are polite and professional! You need someone who seems like a decent person, someone who isn't going to end up ripping you off, or bailing on you last minute. Make sure their schedual in that time frame is free! I know I always like to meet with a client a few weeks in advance to talk about ideas, what they want and if they aren't sure I always have referance pictures to build from! Don't rush in to something with someone before you get a feel for them!
