- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on location, I charge $35 per day which includes up to 3 visits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up interviews to meet any prospective client and make sure it's a good fit for everyone. I will then discuss your needs and what your pets needs are such as feeding schedules, special foods or medications, walks and playtime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I not only have been doing this for 15 + years, I have also been a manager at PetSmart, worked in a doggie daycare, but also helped with adoption cats for a local shelter.
