- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a set rate for picking out paint colors and the process only take an hour or two. Other services are charged by the hour. I am very transparent about my rate and progress throughout the entire project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet to discuss the project and look at the site. We both decide if we would like to work together and set expectations for the project in the beginning. I have great folks on my team to make your project come together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Industrial Design from Purdue and in my previous career I forecasted design trends and formulated new colors for home appliances, mobile phones, and automobiles. I've always been a maker and I'm quite handy, so as often as possible I am on site doing installs and final touches. I'm currently perusing my Masters in Architecture from the J. Irwin Miller Architecture Program in Columbus, IN.
