What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for long distance moves can vary: Depends on the location and size of the home. (Phone interview will usually take care of this process) Local moves can usually stay under 2500 Dollars for a home between 2-5 Bedrooms Local Moves under 2Bedroom can stay under 1000 Dollars.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone interview. They learn about me and what I do & I learn about them and what they need for me to do for them. Then we discuss price detail. If they like our prices, I will ask for the name and email to send them over a contract. They will sign and agree before we continue to do any work for them. (Note) Sometimes we need to do and in house inspection for accurate price details. Sometimes we don't. Based off the phone interview.
