My son was building a computer but it was not working and we were unable to troubleshoot the issue. Less than a few hours after dropping it off (I had thought a week or so) they called me, told me of the issue, what it would cost to fix, asked a few other questions on what he might want and within an hour they called me back and it was done. I found their service reasonable, quick and very friendly. Upon pick up they talked with my son a bit about things to look out for when building your own computer. If we ever have any other issues, they would be my first phone call.
