- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive and only a small fraction of the cost of tearing out and replacement. We provide you with the exact same factory finish and often times better than new in both function and durability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to sit down and decide on a color we offer all American standard and kohler standard colors. We can mix any color for you at a small up charge, that's just for bathtubs. What are you trying to accomplish? is it just updating with a color change, does the tub need repairs, do you have a surround if so what material is it tile, fiberglass, acrylic or natural stone. After all you are the customer! We want to find out what it is you really want and give you exactly that!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team members are factory certified to use and understand the materials and products we are using. After all no-one knows the products we are using better than the manufacturer. We learn things like specific mixing tolerances, order of mixing, procedures for mixing, and amounts of each product. This is where things can go horribly wrong (the final mix happens in your home) a minimum of 3 products need to be mixed on-site and in our case up to 5. It's like baking bread, if you have ever tried, leave something out or measure incorrectly you wind up with a brick total failure this is similar a mistake here and you will not you can not achieve the desired results
