I have a very strange schedule, so it is hard to find a place where we can get training. Eric is "by appointment" and has worked with me. Anytime I need to switch a time or day, he will work something out. He is very focused on watching and teaching, making sure my form is right, and building up my fitness abilities. I have improved my fitness a lot in the year I have worked with him and I am doing way more than I ever thought I could! Not only am I stronger, but I find myself using Eric's training tips in my everyday life! I catch myself pulling my shoulders back, stomach tight and all other things,WITHOUT even thinking about it!
