- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is generally set on a monthly basis and varies depending on the number of sessions you train per week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In our first session, I will have you squat, bench press, and deadlift conservatively. I will access your strength and mobility as we go and give you my recommendations at the end of the session. Most of my clients train 2-3 days per week.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had been barbell training for years and started to coach friends and family when they asked for help. After a few years, I decided to offer my services to the public.
