- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thanks for your question. Think of yourself today as the greatest of products. You build a brand for that product; values, strengths, skills, experience, etc. You need good marketing materials to represent your brand to the public and professional communities; cover page, resume, LinkedIn profile, bio, consulting flyer, etc. I schedule a meeting with my clients (about an hour) at a convenient Starbucks for both of us to learn about who you are and where you'd like to drive your future. I create your personal brand and with that design a strong cover letter template, resume and/or LinkedIn profile (strongly recommended) as well as any other products you might order. You pay cash, check, Chase QuickPay App or PayPal on our before our meeting. Generally, we meet on the phone twice to get your cover page and resume perfect then we sync the branding message with your LinkedIn or other professional profiles.
