Great company to do business with! Neil was very prompt in coming out to give an estimate on the house. We were looking to buy that had some suspected issues. Neil came up with a very reasonable solution to the problem, and was actually at the house the day after we closed to complete all of the repairs. Great people to work with.

Neil did a great job fixing the leak in the gutters, we are still monitoring the fix since it has been only one day when it rained, hopefully when it rains the next few days, we’ll have a better view of the fix. With the first day raj , we did not see any leak.

Things started wonderfully with fast replies, and we decided to meet on Thursday for Hudson Construction to take a look at the project. He texted me yesterday morning that it would need to be the "last half of the day." I checked back about 3pm, and he replied at 4:20pm that he "was running behind a little." That was the last thing I heard from him. I arranged my day to meet him and radio silence. Between last evening and today, I've sent 5 texts, made 3 phone calls, left at least 1 voicemail, and sent 2 thumbnail app texts = he ghosted me. In a few of the texts and in my voicemail this morning, I even said, "Listen, if you're too busy for this job, it's okay. Just please let me know so I can move on." It was a waste of a few days, and now I'm back to square one. It's a bummer that he couldn't take a moment to respond....and this is BEFORE he got the job.

I had blown off siding and shingles from a windstorm. Water was getting in and I met the owner Neil who promised that his company would take care of tarping and housewrapping the exposed areas asap to keep the water from causing more damage. His company was a no show no call on the day of repairs. He tried to blame the subcontractor who didn’t show up but I said it doesn’t matter because I didn’t hire your sub, I hired YOU and your company for my roof and siding repair. Even if you don’t do the work yourself you have to check to make sure your sub shows up and did the work and Neil did not. I ended up hiring another company for the temporary repairs and will for the roof replacement later.
