Actually, I don't know how I landed on Thumbtack's site, I was searching for a different site. Anyway, I received an email from J&N and I agreed to a phone call to set up an appointment. He called when he said he'd call. We made the appointment to meet. When I agreed on his quote, he was eager to start that day. I wanted to wait until the next day, so we set up a time. The following day he called to let me know he was running behind because of the rain. The next thing I knew they were outside working. When done, he was beaming with pride. And rightfully so. My yard looked fantastic,100o/o better. So far,with their work and communication, I would recommend them for sure.
