Very reasonable quote,arrived on time, did a good job, knew what they were doing and took on an extra project fixing a leaking drain discovered after the counter replacement job was schedul. The extra work was also well done and the fee was very reasonable. Recommend for similar work. Will hire again should anything come up.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, I like to price per job. Every project is different and I believe pricing per job makes each project unique.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a time to meet with the new customer first and discuss what they are wanting done in depth. I want to make sure that all questions are answered from the customer and make them feel they have nothing to worry about. I also like to give the customer my opinion/design and see if it is something they are interested in. My goal is to make the new customer have complete confidence in my work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry since I was 13 years old and have worked alongside some very good carpenters. I have done complete remodels for apartments/condos in Lafayette, IN and in Florida.
