- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our animal removal prices are based on a flat rate. We charge one price to solve the problem. We feel charging per animal can get too costly for our customers. The animal proofing work that we provide is offered at a very competitive price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get a new customer we generally set a meeting up, on their time. We want to make our work as accessible as possible! When we come to your property, we will assess your problem and promptly give you a quote on what work needs to be done and how much it will cost. This will include animal removal and animal damage repair. This process normally takes about a week to complete!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ryan O'laughlin, the owner of Shamrock Wildlife Services, has a degree in Conservation Law Enforcement. While earning this degree he was able to learn all things wildlife in school. Also, we hold a nuisance animal control permit!
