Introduction: We are very conscientious to achieve our clients' visions for their projects. We offer stripping, repair, and refinishing of furniture, cabinetry, front door systems,and other architectural elements, custom finishing including everything from distressed finishes to high polished finishes. We refinish pianos as well as offering conservation of period antiques. We perform services in our shop and onsite in homes and businesses. We love to restore, refinish and finish wood!
We love to bring old things back to life. We love to make heirlooms, both beautiful and useful! We love to listen to our clients and make their visions and dreams a reality, whether we are restoring a piece of furniture, refinishing a kitchen or crafting a custom effect finish.

The Stripping Workshop refinished the front door to my 1932 Tudor Revival home. They did a remarkable job. The door looks beautiful and will undoubtedly survive another 83 years.

John restored and refinished my wife's cedar chest and our butler's table. Both pieces were very well done, including some needed repair and fabric replacement. I could not be happier.
