- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually prefer to bid the job after I know the exact needs and/or desires of the customer just because there are so many different factors that should be considered. I do have some services that have standard rates such as pressure washing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to understand exactly what your customer wants and also in helping them if they aren't 100% certain. Communication during the process is crucial and I ensure I keep my customers informed along the way and ensure they feel included. Lastly, I ensure my customers are 100% satisfied and would want to hire me again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently have an Associate's of Science degree. Even though I've worked in distribution centers and have held positions of Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, and Assistant Operations Manager, I still have extensive experience in the construction field. Almost all of my experience attained has been hands-on which I personally prefer.
