Introduction: I work with my clients to help them understand whats going on in plain english. I try to stay away from all of the technical jargon, which always seems to cause confusion. I work as fast and safe as I can too keep service under 24 hours if possible. A fast turn around and awesome quality is how I like to operate as a business. Keeping the customers happy is most important. I've liked working with computers since I can remember. It was a hobby when I was growing up and now it's my career and I love it. Edison Computer Repair fixed my laptop when I thought all hope was lost. They recovered all of my lost data and saved me from replacing my hard drive. Great service and highly recommended!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try to become re certified atleast every 2 years. Although since I'm A+ certified I'm not required to, But I do it because technology and computers advance so fast.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common types of jobs are replacing PC hardware such as ethernet cards, hard drives and power Supplys. I also do alot of Windows upgrades.
