FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on a day rate and can be flexible for small business and personal budgets up to Super Bowl sized budget ... and yes we've worked with that organization.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our video production process starts with us doing nothing … except listening to you, your thoughts, and exactly what you’d like to accomplish with your video. We use this as the baseline for developing the entire idea – from concept to finished product - making sure what we are sculpting is on brand and on point. From there we begin to create a full shooting schedule, building out a crew and equipment list along with a shot list detailing each section of the film. To ensure everything is properly aligned, we then schedule a final review with you before we move into the production phase. Time to pull out the cameras, chase vehicles, drones, stabilizers and craft services. And that’s a wrap! We begin by offloading all content onto our secured servers followed by an ingest into our one of our in-house edit suites. Within 5-7 business days of returning to our studio, our editors will have a content draft sent over for review. This draft gives you a good idea of the visual direction your video is headed. Once we have locked the content draft we then begin to fine-tune the edit by the tenth of a second before it goes into our mastering suite. During the mastering process, final sound design and color grade will be applied. We’re committed to helping you every step of the way until your film is online and ready to go.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with clients such as the Super Bowl, InkBox, Hartford, New York Life, Dagger Mountain Coffee, Bear Komplex and others.
