I wanted this experience to be better, as Tom is a really nice guy. But, it just wasn't. A job that was promised 2 days turned into 5, and non consecutive. The worst part, in several occasions Tom showed up more than an hour past his promised time, and left after less than a half day of work. Two weeks later, the job was "complete." Old paint showing through the freshly painted walls, paint lines in every direction, shoddy hole patching, ceilings mismatching, white paint ALL OVER my hardwood floors. I mean, it's going to take me hours to try and get the spots up. Absolutely unacceptable. I've now had to make another hire just to fix the problems caused by this job, and can't move back into my home when expected. Do not use this pro.
