- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Set prices, no scams, no "low-balling" or "bait and switch" tactics. Local Residential Service Charge for customers in Lake County during Business hours is only $85. After-hours (Emergency) is $100. Additional costs for products or labor depends on the tasks but will be thoroughly discussed and explained over the phone and guaranteed to remain the same!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know exactly what you want done and how you expect things to function and look. I like to provide you OPTIONS; different styles and finishes so you are happy with EVERYTHING. Pictures texted or emailed to me helps ALOT, so don't be shy about sending them. I will explain the process, if I can assist with your request, go over pricing, and schedule a date and time with you. If it's something I do not do, I WILL help you in finding a solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Locksmithing/Security Consulting industry for more than a decade, worked for four successful companies across the country and have good references and relations with past employers.
