Rob seemed professional when he took photos on 2/11/16. We paid him in full and he never delivered product. He will not return our calls or texts.

Hello, I have responded to each of your text messages and sent three separate links to your photos from Dropbox to your provided email address. I've even spoken to thumbtack about this situation directly to come up with a plan of action. I will again send out a Dropbox link this afternoon. PLEASE check your junk mail to assure the link doesn't end up there. I hope this is resolved soon.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I am a fashion and glamour photographer primarily. I also shoot weddings, families, sports and nature. I have 30 years of Advertising and Marketing experience shooting staged and product shots so these are not outside of my expertise.
