Adam developed a suitable workout for my level of fitness that challenged me and gradually improved my strength, agility and stamina. I have a history of balance issues and he purposely focused on improving that. My program was a combination of strength training, pilates and cardio. Adam also became one of the instructors for a class that I was taking at the gym. He greatly improved the quality of the class and increased the attendance.

Tehila's Pilates is a fully-equipped Pilates studio offering mat and machine work. Tehila's unique approach to teaching the Pilates method includes creating individualized plans for each and every body. Clients are individually assessed in a one-on-one environment, and then a plan is created to fit their needs. Tehila's Pilates offers workshops, classes for senior citizens, sessions for athletes, and rehabilitation.
