Hello, I’m Sarah and I am a certified 200hr YT. I offer hatha, vinyasa, and power yoga. Whether you’re looking for a soothing, energizing, awakening, or slow and steady flow I can modify to your current needs. In every session I provide guided meditation. If it’s in your practice I can provide pranayama, mantras, and mudras. I am also a certified 450hr Pilates Instructor. I can provide apparatuses at a location in Worthington. I also can travel to you for Mat Pilates or if you have your own reformer. I have a background in physical therapy, mobility, and stretch therapy. I offer one-on-one assisted stretching also located in Worthington. Benefits include reduced stress and tension, improved range of motion, relaxation, and freedom of movement.
