What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I almost always charge 10 dollars per half hour lesson, once a week. if I drive to your house and it's quite a distance, then it would be a bit more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have beginner books, and I typically don't bombard with too much to soon, because it can be overwhelming to the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took 7 years of lessons as a child, until my teacher referred me to a professor, but I did not continue at that level, as my parents felt that I had had enough lessons.
