Don't hesitate... go with these guys. No need to look for anyone else. They were right out the gate above and beyond any of the other roofers.
This company came in with a pretty rosy picture of what it would be like to work with them and they were exactly what they said they would be. Not a single surprise or disappointment.
They offered a lot of options and if I wished, they would install any shingle I wanted if I found something on my own. I selected 4 options using the shingle sample cards they left with me. They laid 4 shingles of each on my roof so that I could get a feel for them over a little time. They provided a list of addresses where I can see said options installed on a house. They gave great advice about aesthetics along the way which was a big help as I don't have an eye for these things. Communication was quick and to the point, and at no time was Dan pushy. I did my homework and took my time. They were ready when I was.
I was able to get an install scheduled one week after I signed. The installers contacted me with updates and information prior to and during the job. The installers were friendly and worked hard. They set up plywood protection around my landscaping and wrapped the house in blue tarps to protect the house from potential damages from falling debris. They delivered the materials on one day and did the entire job the next utilizing a fair number of people to get it done in one day. The cleanup was perfect. You would never know they had been there except for the beautiful roof they left behind!
A day after the install a quality control person came out to double check the install and run a magnate over the lawn again in case any nails were missed.
It all was easy peasy. Several neighbors have gone out of their way to tell me how beautiful my house is. Worth every single penny.

We are so, so happy and impressed with our new roof and gutters! I contacted Dan early last spring to request a quote, and from the beginning of our interactions their employees and teams were professional, organized, and straightforward. We had our roof replaced on our home before we sold it, but we wish we had done it sooner so we could enjoy it! Our house looks completely transformed. We worked with Dan to coordinate our roof and gutter replacement, and they patiently explained all their work, procedures, and timelines. We had a few hiccups (unforeseen issues with weather and a very, very old house!) and they dealt with these with integrity and punctuality. Their office staff is also incredibly helpful and kind. We felt as though we were in safe hands from start to finish of this project. Overall, if you're in need of roof or gutter work, Principle Roofing is the way!!

Just so very happy with the service, the communication, the job, the roof, and the post-communication.
Gave a great presentation that didn't feel pressured, included some things in their price that other companies wouldn't (that seemed like no brainers), were professional and very pleasant.
Good pricing, good quality materials, and have come back 3 times now just to make sure everything is okay.
100% go with these guys

From the initial visit to the completion of the roof, everyone has been extremely professional and helpful. Dan has been amazing to work with. I highly recommend Principle Roofing!
