Excellent communication and explanation of possible costs before services are performed. Keeps in touch to update on progress of job and even makes arrangements to meet on the weekend to pick up a machine that was fixed!

A laptop owned and used by SCORE would not upgrade, so I was not able to load Windows 10. Zion corrected that, downloaded many upgrades, added a security package and loaded W10, all for a very favorable price.
