This crew showed up when they said they would and got the job done in one day, like we had discussed. We had a drywall repair job and a plumbing installation and are very happy with both! Jeffrey was very attentive, professional and kind and we are excited to use him again in the future! It’s hard to find someone you can trust to come and do good work in your home, and we are glad to have found it!

Jeff was able to complete a growing list of paint needs at my house. He advised on paint colors and finishes to make sure the job was done correctly. In all, Jeff completed trim in my master bathroom, touch ups in my kitchen, and my front porch pillars which also required some repair. All of the work was completed quickly, professionally, and Jeff worked around my hectic schedule. I would fully recommend!

We absolutely loved working with Jeffery! We had a huge job that took approx. two weeks to complete & we never got tired of him coming around. Our 3 year old was always happy to see him, and he was great with dogs! He was always on time & communicated with me if he wouldn't be. His work was clean & if it wasn't up to his standards, he would point it out himself & then tell me he was going to fix it. I am a commercial interior designer by day. It is literally my job to critique finish work. He does great work! Jeffery accommodated my perfectionism with no hesitation. Our painting project consisted of: new front & back exterior doors, 12 new interior doors, 2 sets of wood bifold doors, all wood trim (windows, doors, baseboards), 9 wood windows, 9 ceilings, 7 rooms including a stairwell, and patchwork that I'm sure he has nightmares over! He worked with us on the budget & allowed us to do the sanding to help save on cost/time. We would definitely hire Jeffery again. However, I think we have painted everything already!

Jeffrey was honest and straightforward with everything. He did an amazing job on our ceilings, livingroom, entry, and small hallway. It looks amazing!! He even found a contractor to build and install a half door to our kitchen! I highly recommend his company. You can’t beat his prices and certainly not the quality of work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing based on the location of the project. We also offer a discount to our returning customers & recommended customers.
We are able to give discounts on sherrin Williams products and we have access to a personal paint consultant that our customers gains access too by doing business with us.
There are fees associated with pickups, deliveries, & disposal. And added material or labor will be discussed and agreed on before any actions are made by SPL.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically introduce ourselves and present the client with a business card.
We then listen to any questions or concerns involving the improvement needed as we walk the site.
During this process we will point any areas of concern or ask questions of our own.
Once the walk through process is completed an estimate is put together, highlighting what was discussed and the steps required to get the project completed.
Once the client accepts the offer we will write up their paperwork and personally deliver it or by email per the customers request.
We complete the work as laid out on the contract and do a walk-thru once completed for customer satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 yrs of Professional Painting experience. I’ve was trained by a professional painting company thats been in business in the Middle TN area for over 25 yrs. I worked under them from 2012-2018 and learned everything I could before opening the doors to SWAP Painters LLC.
