I have always wanted to meet an HVAC guy like Alan. Three other techs had worked on my AC, but couldn't figure out, what Alan was able to. He is so old school, dedicated to finding the problem, not rushing to the next job, or busy talking you into buying a new system. He explained everything in details and I felt, I was also in control.
