FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies from project to project. If it is under 8 hours of work, I charge $115.00 an hour. For projects beyond that, I will create a scope of work contract. The contract will list out precisely the work we will perform and include a fixed price for that job. Often projects evolve into other work, and that is awesome, we will add to the scope of work and adjust pricing or create a new contract for the additional services. Pricing is always up front; we are in the business of being honest and forthright.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come to your home and meet with you to discuss your vision for your home. Those meetings take anywhere from an hour or two to learn a little more about each other. This time is used to make sure we are a good fit together. We want you to feel comfortable before moving on to the next phase of the project.
