Mark Ashby and Ryan Bish from Junk King Indianapolis responded 1 minute after I requested the service to remove a water heater with a weight of 170 lbs. from the basement. We agreed to the price, and within 2 hours after the message, they pick up the heater. They were very polite and careful to not damage the walls or anything on the house.

We hired them to clear out a lot of junk from our back yard after moving out of our house. It was a lot of junk, and had been spread around by scavengers. They did the job in less than two hours!!! There was an issue with the payment (I was accidentally overcharged) but the problem was fixed immediately, and the owner went out of his way to make sure it was taken care of. He made sure I had access to my money as soon as possible. He was great to work with! I would DEFINITELY hire them again, thanks!
