- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $50.00 per hour. This starting price reflects the quality and care I put into each project, while remaining affordable for clients. There are no hidden fees, and I’m happy to provide custom quotes for larger projects or ongoing work. As I build my portfolio, I may also offer limited-time discounts—just ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a quick call or text correspondence to understand your goals, vision, and timeline. From there, I’ll provide a quote or project estimate and walk you through the next steps. I’ll share design drafts along the way, keep communication clear and timely, and make revisions as needed to ensure the final result aligns with your vision. My goal is to make the process easy, collaborative, and creative from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my degree in Graphic Design from Indiana University’s Herron School of Art & Design, where I built a strong foundation in visual communication, branding, typography, and digital design. I’ve been designing for over 13 years and working professionally for nearly 10, with experience across both freelance and in-house roles. I continue to stay current with industry tools and trends to ensure my work is polished, creative, and effective.
