They were all the good things! Quick to engage (which you need where water is concerned), diagnosed, provided an estimate and laid out the plan in clear terms. When they came back to do the work two days later they were prepared, had the proper supplies and jumped right in. It was an all day job, a lot of work, up and down stairs all day, and they were very focused. They got the work done according to plan. There was a small, unexpected need for an odd-sized cap (old home here), they came back two days later and finished that part and checked all of the joints and the replacement tank. Great guys, great work, highly recommend!
