Jennifer Fisher provided a spot-on keynote presentation on the benefits of internships at the St. Joseph County Chamber of Commerce Education Summit on February 7. Her direct approach, insightful facts and just the right amount of humor engaged the audience and left no doubt that internships benefit not only the intern, but also businesses and communities. Working with Jennifer was a delight. Her professionalism and insight made the planning phase a pleasure.

Jennifer Fisher presented the keynote at the Indiana INTERNnet IMPACT Awards Luncheon last week. The celebration of internship excellence at the Ivy Tech Culinary Center ballroom was attended by almost 300 people. Jennifer's dynamic presentation was approximately 20 minutes in length and everyone in the audience was completely engaged the entire time. Jennifer's presentation was inspiring and her delivery was enthusiastic, interactive and entertaining. Since the event, we have received numerous positive comments about the presentation. I would highly recommend Jennifer to others.

Our venue and setting might not have been what Sugar Shot is used to, (it was a Saturday afternoon in the park), but they really rocked that park! The music was great, and the crowd had fun - what more could we ask for?

I am constantly learning. I pride myself on staying up to date on current information and trending. It helps me understand the needs of clients and provide the best possible service.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
In every job I have held, there are certain responsibilities I am always given because I tend to be very good at them. Marketing and branding and public speaking are always things that I've been able to do at each of my companies. I thought it would be a great idea to actually start offering my services to others that Iwasn't actually working for.
