- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not... not everyone has the means, so i like to work on a "per job" basis.... I'm flexible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a feel for what they need. So, an initial interview helps alot... plus, they get to know who i am in return.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive fixed everything ive ever owned. When it comes to the technical side...ive had 7 years of working as an i.t/ phone Technician.
