It appears at this point that the company did a good job. Chimney looks good so far. Time will tell how the work holds up. The team that did the work was young and energetic and very respectful. Th one thing that the owners should warn the working team against is playing loud music on the job site. Especially if they are working where the neighbors are close. My neighbors were a little disturbed and I live in an elderly community so workers must be sensitive to playing loud music on the job site. The work they do in removing an old chimney is loud enough and fully expected as my neighbors were warned, but the unexpected loud rock music was an added disturbance that they felt could be avoided. If they were in an area where the neighbors were not so close, it might not matter. My suggestion, to add to the respectfulness they show in communication is to first discuss with the owner of the job site if playing music is ok and what sound level would be acceptable to home owner and surrounding neighbors. Other than that, at this point I would have certainly given them 5 stars.
