This Homeowner did not know what the Mgf. Of his windows in his house. They were a fly by night Mgf. Meaning they are not in business anymore. So I had to search for the right parts, It took me 2 weeks on the Internet searching for these correct parts - I ordered the parts which I paid for them. I was informed that the parts were on back order. Told homeowner was still waiting on parts - Which these windows that needed to be fixed have been broken for 2 years know as I was told. So just a couple more weeks shouldn’t make a difference. Some homeowners you just can’t make them happy- The day I received the parts from UPS this homeowner txtd me and told me to forget it. He’s not out of anything except waiting as I’m out about $80 in parts that I can’t use. I told homeowner not my fault it took this long to get the parts that he’s just gonna have to start all over again with someone else trying to find out where to get the parts.
