FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined not only by the amount of time involved, but the level of expertise required. Different aspects of a job require different skills sets, so prices are quoted accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is to meet with the client to find out if we're going to be a good fit. We talk about the customer's goals and business model, what s/he wants to accomplish, and how Triple Impact can help achieve that. The next step is preparing a proposal/contact/deliverables for the client's review. If we agree on that, we sign the contract and work starts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Journalism and have worked in Public Relations and Marketing for my whole career, either as an employee or consultant. I also have a master's degree in Human Resources Management. Over time, I've developed skills in training and group facilitation.
