FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a "rule of thumb" for pricing most exterior projects. With years of experience working with cash customers and insurance projects I'll be able to prepare an accurate estimate on-the-spot. No waiting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) determining the actual need and setting an appt. 2.) inspection of the roof/ siding (or other) and working with my customer, figuring out the best course of action. (i.e. Repair or replacement) 3.) explaining my scope of work and estimate. 4.) starting the project with-in 1 week of approval and completing in a timely manner. 5.) post job inspection with the customer ensuring their satisfaction. 7.) collection of payment. 8.) follow up. Making sure the customer has my contact info and comfort knowing they can call me for any reason if an issue arises.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with residential customers and commercial customers. "Cash customers" ....paying out-of-pocket. Many, many insurance claims. This may seem a little intimidating to some but it really is an easy process and I'm happy to explain and work with these customers.
