- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically I charge $60 per hour with a minimum of one hour, not including any parts cost. However, for certain jobs I will quote a fixed rate for the job covering my time spent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am an extremely laid back person. I like to get to know customers. Not only does this make the event more enjoyable, but allows me to understand where they are coming from and there knowledge level on the topic.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years of job experience in the IT field . In 2009 I completed a Microsoft Certification course. During that time I earned the MCP and MCDST certifications that Microsoft was offering that the time. In 2014 I completed training and testing to receive the Comptia A+ certification. The most valuable training I have received, however, comes from the years of on the job experience. Diagnosing and resolving issues that basic classroom studies can't totally prepare you for. I enjoy working with technology and being able to troubleshoot and fix issues that arise....seemingly all too often!
