A local club had contacted me with an issue with maintaining their existing website using their provided WYSIWYG editor. I made the needed immediate corrections by editing the code and then offered a solution to take their existing site and port it into Wordpress. This was accomplished with 4 days and they were thrilled with the look and feel of the site as well as the fact that they could manage it without any technical assistance!

On the other hand, if you need something more complex, a local experienced professional can offer local, face-to-face interaction to establish job requirements. While on-line hosting companies can offer you easy site setup, what they don't provide at a low-cost is service.
